Accommodation Description The Attwater is a three-story former beer hall that dates from 1910 which has been converted into a 12-room B&B. Boldly colorful, yet classically New England, ocean-evoking turquoise and navy blue in wavy patterns juxtapose with crisp white on curtains, carpets and throws and jazzes them up with eye-catching counterpoints of orange, lilac, apple green, strawberry, and black on fabrics patterned in smudgy boho-chic ikat, stylized chintz and zebra stripes. While the bold color scheme may be “Newport Unconventional,” the white French doors, lamp bases formed of neatly coiled balls of nautical rope, luxurious headboards, plump pillows, overstuffed poufs, and traditional slipper chairs evoke old-money Newport luxe.
There are two buildings on property: The Attwater main hotel building and Urban Beach House, located right next door. Room Configuration Details Standard Room (max occ. 2) - 1 Queen
